The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon has supple red berry and plum aromas on the nose that develop into savory spices, mocha, dark chocolate and blackberry flavors on the broad palate.
A textural experience, this wine is palate coating with undulating flavors of cherry compote, blackberry, freshly turned earth, and warm toasty oak notes, leading to a lengthy finish.
Only 50 cases were produced.
